Royal With Cheese I'm feeling optimistic today.
Just about the right time for Reading to kick me well and truly in the balls for that.

Basingstoke Royal To suggest the police will do anything about the light hearted chants we will sing today is stupid.
Shouting things at players or fans directly but a chant by a few thousand fans to a few thousand fans won't be taken seriously. If it does I'm sure we could quickly move up the naughty club list from second bottom to run away league leaders.
It's like standing up - if everyone does it, what can they do?
Reading 3 - 0 Town full of gays

CCTV and stewards identifying people they think are ringleaders - action to be taken after the match. See all the other examples where there have been prosecutions for mass-chants.
So my predction is that after the match there'll be a heated debate abouyt what is "banter" and what is "homophobic" - and a few people being contacted by the club/police over their actions today.

maybe the boyfriend is deaf, which makes the chant a little insensitive.Ian Royal Is there really something offensive about "does your boyfriend know you're hear?"
