FTAO The Team

by Harpers So Solid Crew » 02 Mar 2011 06:38

Regardless of wether it is City or Villa how about you lads all dip in and hire coaches for the fans for this tie, Mills asked for more support, and got it, coaches are about £1000 each to either club at a guess. Possible discount from Horsemans would also be in order, and perhaps the club could match it as well, you can hardly be expected to pay for all travel, but 40 odd coaches would be 2400 ish, and make a great convoy too.

Great idea. Also I want to go to a show in London with fifty others
Maybe the cast could pay, and would an overnight stop be OK, too?

Why should the team pay for fans to attend City/Villa when the majority of those wont have been at Anfield last season or Goodison last night. Which I sincerley dont think the OP was.

I won't be at the next round either, they could offer to pay as it is a nice thing to do, has been done by many other clubs. RFC did subsidise some travel, for STAR memebrs, to Norwich I think, might be wrong.

It's a bit similar to a pub giving you a beer on the house, goodwill like this can bring the club and fans closer.

I'd quite like to see the new production of "The Wizard of RRRRZZZ" starring a malian magician in the title role.

Oh, and Snowball probably wants to got to the "Statistics LIVE" event at earls court.

oxf*rd me. Ian Royal may very well be IN with this new development.

£40 to get to reading and get the free coach, or £90 to get to manchester and possibly be able to get back to Cambridge within 5 hours of leaving manc land. It's a no brainer.

Total cost of ~ £60 + day off, previously thought to be a total cost of ~ £140 + a day off.
