The Tilehurst End & other Reading blogs

by Svlad Cjelli » 31 Mar 2011 20:37

May I introduce to you a new Reading FC blog/fansite - http://www.thetilehurstend.co.uk

This site is not intended to compete with HNA?, but to supplement it - in fact several of the contributors are nobbers. It's designed to be a quality site hosting a variety of Reading FC-related news, previews and analysis, including longer pieces of writing that don't fit onto HNA easily.

The site launched tonight with lots of useful information, and including two articles that may interest you :

- Youth Matters - The Royals Academy In Focus
- How to make a small fortune from football. (Part One) (A two-part analysis of the financial circumstances behind SJM's purchase of Reading FC)

Comments are more than welcome, of course, and the authors would also welcome hearing from anyone who wants to contribute.

It's decent enough, but not enough to make someone read it regularly. You need to think of something exceptional that will set it apart from what is already availale.

Cheers TFF.

Do take the point Moo and I know it's something that we're all trying hard to address on the site. We're hoping to produce as much original and unique content as possible but at the same time we'd like to be a place that leads fans to other great content out there, we're hoping the site becomes a great resource for fans.

If you've got any ideas about things you'd like to see then we're more then happy to take them on board.

Some really good articles on there at the moment, nice to have some well thought intelligent pieces written by fans.

Keep up the good work.
