With so much anti-Liverpool feeling on this site Guthrie would probably not be welcomed because obviously everything about Liverpool and their players is bad.

It goes without saying that Brian will be looking to bring in a player like this at some point to reduce our reliance on Harte for set pieces. With Guthrie on a free and an experienced Premier League midfielder at a good age I would not be surprised if we had our eye on him.
Has Harte signed a new contract?
Been offered not signed as yet. This was at the end of the season when we released Griff etc.
