Them going on about us being dirty, did anyone that was there see Johanson kick out at Gunter (think it was Gunter anyway) after about 10 mins right in front of us? My first thought was if the lino saw it, he would have been sent off. Nobody else has talked about it but I'm certain it would've been red.

Had a Fulham fan behind me who kept shouting 'You dirty Northern Bastards'. Beyond help.

I hope we beat them with a handball goal in the 90th minute from a blatantly offside position after the keeper has clearly been fouled.

Did they have their irony filter turned on ?
It's entirely possible we may call them ' cockneys' at some point on Tuesday....

Fulham fans are the quietest most pathetic bunch your ever likely to come across
Not a peep out of them on Saturday apart from those horrible clappy things.
Mind you they are polite
The ones in the stand by the river stood up at one point and having been told by the Reading fans to "Sit Down Shut Up" They only went and bloody did! :D

Why should we care about it? He's Ian's cousin, Rupert Lilywhite-Cottager who listens to their games on the radio/watches them on the TV. He's been boycotting games in person since Kit Symons got the sack.

I know they are a bit naff but they help create a noise/atmosphere and every little advantage we can give the boys helps so if you have these from previous games take them tomorrow . COYW

Wouldn't be to difficult for the club to bring 2000 clappers down to the Madjeski in time for kick-off. They could then bring back some match programmes to the Cottage for those watching on the big screen.

Lol, I know we have a tendency to beat ourselves up but I can't imagine anyone on here advocating those horrible clappers. As for them creating any kind of 'atmosphere' !
I look forward to the post match interviews and the Fulham manager explaining the defeat on the basis that the lack of clappers in the away end meant their lads just weren't up for it !
Fulham, the entertainers !

Bit rich coming from fans of the club who issued out rumblestix. One of the most ridiculous and cringeworthy things I have ever seen at a football match. Well, next to the 2014 pitch invasion.

IIRC we had rumblestix once, about a decade ago and haven't seen them since.
There was a background to how and why we had them (which was basically that they were new and a guy who was importing them offered them to the club way below cost price and the then marketing manager loved a bargain).
But that was a long time ago ... I don't think it has too much relevance to current abominations like clappers.

We've also been in division 4 and had the likes of Mark Whitlock and Colin Gordon in the team but luckily things move on !

What's most shocking about that article is that a quick Google search confirms that that bloke is genuinely an award winning journalist and not a 12 year old netmong having a post game gimp fit.

Proper awards for proper journalism, apparently although clearly not Sports Writer of the Year He talks a lot about the importance of unbiased reporting and a keen adherence to the facts. A clear case of Do as I Say, Not as I Do.
