Craig Tanner has been training with the first-team. Looks like he's getting closer to some minutes.

Youth Cup semi final games are 1st April at home, 7th April at Craven Cottage

U21 v Man Utd postponed from 31st March so Kuhl and Kelly can avoid 2 games in 2 days....

It's more about the pitch. It isn't unusual for both youth teams to play in the space of a few days (it just means we have to choose which match to play Kuhl etc. in). It is unusual for the Mad Stad to host three matches in four days.

Pretty excited to see Tanner around the first team squad. Seems to have a lot of ability from what I've seen. I'm presuming, with Guthrie suspended, Taylor will start and Tanner will take his place on the bench.

Tish also not playing tonight. I'd like to see him on the bench.

A mild :) to find that Craig Tanner hails from the same town as me (Camberley).
Quick check on FB and I find that he went to a local school where I knew loads of people from, but he would have been two years below my mates who went there, so only the 1 'mutual friend'.

The last promising Reading youngsters from Camberley (that I know of) were pinched by Rodgers when he went to Chelsea. Brothers: George and Jack Saville. George Saville, a friend of a friend, looks quite decent on loan at Brentford atm.

Anyway lets hope both Rodgers and Chelsea keep their oxf*rd hands off this time.

Yep, partners Dom Hyam. Both look good to me. Big, confident and capable with the ball at their feet. Over-confident with it at times maybe.

Just discovered that ITV4 are only showing the 2nd legs of the FAYC SFs as the first legs clash with the Champions League. Does this mean that the home leg won't be shown at all, as the club said they wouldn't be able to stream any more games in the competition on Youtube.

:(

Stick it on youtube anyway and see if they notice.

ITV aren't a football creditor so what they gonna do.

They originally said they wouldn't be because ITV4 would be broadcasting both legs. Hopefully they'll stream the first leg now that they know it won't be broadcast, especially if people badger them on twitter/e-mail to do so.
