Royals and Racers
The Cube
Royals and Racers U23`s home to Fulham tomorrow night(Friday) at the Madejski KO 7pm in a premier league 2 DIV 2 match- i`m pretty sure this was going to be at Woking but has now swapped. Popa, Harriott and Pelle Clement all likely to be involved

I think it's the other way round - originally at Madejski, but now at Woking. Certainly anyone travelling needs to check first.

Most recent communication I've seen was from the Royals Support Twitter account three days ago (that's an official RFC account, incidentally), which said at Woking. Fulham website agrees. Reading FC website still says Madejski, but that's the sort of rubbish information that you can expect from an organisation recovering from Ron Gourlay.

Think you could be wrong and it is at the Madejski- because Woking are home tomorrow in the FA trophy and that’s why it’s been switched.

It is at Woking

U18 striker Conor Lawless has travelled with the team to Wigan.

Edit: "Attacker" rather than striker - so he might be attacking midfielder.

He is 17 and looked useful when he played against Birmingham U23’s a couple of weeks ago.

Interesting. Does he live up to his name?

He would be a like-for-like replacement for Swift, they're very very similar players right down to the showboat backheels. Would be surprised if he actually played or even made the bench, suspect it's more of an experience for him than anything.

Good game last night. Good to see Holsgrove back from injury. Tyler Frost must be wondering what he has to do to keep his place!

I know this is a huge ask but is anyone capable of giving a position by position round up of our u23 and u18s teams? Seems like the club are incapable of keeping us up to date on it.

For instance I thought Holsgrove was a winger but a search told me he's a CM?

Even just a "best player" in each position would be awesome.

I'll see if I can get us started and then Nameless / SCIAG etc can come and correct all my mistakes and fill in my blanks.

U23s
Luke Southwood - Keeper - rated
Liam Driscoll - Keeper - don't know
Jamal Balogun - centre back -
Andre Burley
Cameron Green
Akinwale Odimayo
Darren Sidoel
Teddy Howe - right back? - donno
Ramarni Medford-Smith - left back / left midfield - never impressed me much
Gabriel Osho - centreback - rated
Tom McIntyre - centreback - rated
Ryan East - CM - I like him - quite diddy
Tyler Frost - Attacking midfielder, possibly winger / wide forward - I like him
Jordan Holsgrove - CM - I like him
Josh Barrett - Attacking midfielder, possibly winger / wide forward - quality, but application suspect?
Ethan Coleman
Moroyin Omolabi
Joel Rollinson
Ademola Shokunbi - (played full back sometimes?)
Jazz Wallace
Ben House - striker - seems decent
Adam Liddle

Not a fricking clue with the U18s.

Watched Andre Burley last night, top drawer. Based purely on ability he will go all the way.

Centre back but looks as though he could play midfield too, great on the ball.
