The Royals sub keeper Boyce-clark came on for the U18`s on Saturday at Chelsea to replace the keeper who started and did the same tonight when Driscoll went off injured. Boyce-clark is not 16 until March and impressed me with his handling- the Royals seem to have another goal keeping talent on their books.

Is Boyce-Clark the goalkeeper that came in for Driscoll? 15 is ridiculously young for an U23 GK if so - the goalkeeper supply chain is looking good.

Good to see Richards back playing as well.

Agree, future looks bright.

The current success of Rinomhota must be a huge boost to the U23 side as well.

Can see Richards back in the first 11 at some point soon and maybe even McIntyre

Yes he was the sub goalkeeper and also did the same on Saturday when for the U18`s at Chelsea. Andresson started in goal but Boyce-Clark replaced him. !5 years and 9 months Boyce-clark`s handling was impressive last evening- a real talent in the making. His first name is coniah. I think he has played 2 international U16 friendlies for England.

Injured I believe

definitely injured. My son knows him from maiden Erlegh school and he was in a leg brace about 4 weekends ago when my son saw Holmes.

Separate point (can be bothered to search) how old is Andresson now? He must be next CB cab off the rank. I thought Osho was older than 20 but obviosly not.

There is another young goalkeeper as well who got rave reviews at Bracknell. Myles Roberts (16 I believe) who stood in for the absent regular keeper with Wealdstone in the National South on Saturday. Certainly seem to be building a regular supply line.

Tennai Watson and Novacovic should probably also be on that list.
There is definitely a lot of talent here, but then I thought the Aaron Kuhl generation would give us the foundation of a very good side !
The encouraging thing with the current group is that we can los most of the ‘first choice’ u23, draft in younger players and still keep winning. We’re currently fielding our 5th and 6th choice centre backs for example...
This group seem technically very good, perhaps not many standout stars but I think the success of Rimonhota (who was always solid rather than dazzling) means we are producing players with a real shot at making the grade.
