The club's advice for Mill Road is always to arrive an hour and a half before kick-off. Be there before 1.30 and you should be fine - and reach the stadium in time to drink more beer and watch the live game on TV. Or else, don't go into the away end yet but join the home fans in Dick's Bar. Even better beers. Short queue very likely.

BrightonEye The guest beers are Wychwood Brewery’s Dirty Tackle

Really excellent to meet a good number of Royals fans in the away end yesterday. (Special mention to Linda and the Nag's Head crew.) I mentioned that we could do with some fresh reports on the (otherwise excellent) Football Ground Guide, which now contains much out-of-date and inaccurate information about the Amex.

If any Royals fan fancies filing their own FGG review, that would be much appreciated. Anyone?
