Looking forward to seeing more of Kuhl in action, I think him and Norwood in the middle could be quite effective.

After the Huddersfield game, NA mentioned Guthrie "might play some part" in the game tonight so hopefully we'll get some indication as to how his recovery is going.

Personally I would have Tshibola and Akpan in CM tonight, and save Kuhl for the Middlesbro game.

MmmMonsterMunch As negative as this sounds, try to pick a team that won't start in the league & run the risk of getting knocked out.

No more injuries please! If we lose then so be it.
Maybe pick a youthful team who can gain from the experience and put that into practice in the league.

Ian Royal Not yet Norrers.

Only Kuhl & Tanner of them have made more than 1 appearance by my count. Edwards, Taylor, Obita and Hector weren't in the U21s last season, although Obita and Edwards still qualify.

An utter pedant would point out that all our players are eligible for the U21 side, under the over age player rule. It's just that only 4 of them can play at the same time.

Horribly picky point I would agree.....

Andersen+
Cummings - Cooper - Pearce (vc) - Griffin
Guthrie (c)* Akpan
Blackman Edwards Taylor
Pog

Henly+, Gunter, Sweeney, Tshibola*, Stacey, Cox/Kelly, Tanner,

*swap if not fit
+I'd keep McCarthy off so he doesn't get injured and scupper a sale.

Not a lot of opportunity to rest players....

Hey, you take the internet points where you can get them. I understand that. Consider me pedantically rebuked.

If that's the actual team, it's pretty good. Addresses central midfield... likely to offer more width. Good opportunities for Tanner and Cooper to impress.
