Bobby Convey is reportedly going to retire as well.

One of my favourite rfc players. I just didn't know that until he'd left.

Good luck to him. Probably the best gun toting, metal loving, petrol head RFC player ever.

He's the bastard son of James Hetfield and Grizzly Adams.

At least from Seattle, he hasn't got far to travel to the American Redoubt.

Surely our all time best keeper? In terms of the level he played at and what he achieved with us. A solid keeper and a top bloke.

Loved the way he used to give his shirt to the fans after pretty much every game. Would be nice to see more players make a real effort with the fans in the way he used to. Surprising that they don't really, I know if I was pro footballer I would.

This reminds me of a little story actually, after a home game in the 106 season Hahnemann came over to the crowd and gave his shirt to some fans that were quite close to us (I think they had a USA flag). We were right at the front of the West Stand for this game due to a genuine ticket mix up (normally we were at the top of the East Stand), anyway as Hahnemann came past us he noticed my brother was wearing a goalie shirt with "Hahnemann No1" on the back (we were pointing out of course), and as he'd already given his shirt and his gloves away, he gave my brother his drinks bottle! Obviously it was a shame it was only that, but we still loved it. 8)

Legend Marcus, enjoy your retirement sir.

The only RFC player I am aware of with decent taste in music. Do we know of any other current or former RFC players with a healthy taste for Thrash metal and heavy rock?
