Rotherham Predictions

by genome » 20 Oct 2015 10:24

Should be a comfortable 2-0 win... but something niggling in the back of my mind about this one.

1-1

I'd usually take a draw from a game like this, but I think we will be going into this game confident that we'll get a result.

They should be a little more open as they're at home, and we're on a roll so we can take advantage of that.

I'm going to stick my neck out and say 3-0 Reading.

2-1 Reading Blackman and Williams

be harder than we think as there bound to play better with a new manager but i still see us getting the 3 points the way were playing.

I still think someone is due a proper spanking and Rotherham at their place will be less likely to park the bus than Charlton at ours.
They've got one of the worst defences in the league and at home, although they've had a couple of decent results not that long ago.

Rotherham 0-6 Reading
Sa x2
Hector
Norwood
John
Liburd

Blackman can't score every week.

Why do people keep saying someone is "due a proper spanking"?

What happened at home against Ipswich exactly?

I keep saying it because most accounts had the Ipswich scoreline flattering us with the game if not scoreline not completely one sided - and winning by 5/6/7 is bigger than winning by 4 having conceded.

5-1 is a spanking in my eyes. The whole "flattering scoreline" thing don't really wash with me, but that's a similar sort of debate to the "better team" one that went on for 4 pages on the Oppo thread, and I'd really rather not get into that again.

Well, we'll have to agree to differ as I'd reserve proper spanking for wins by 5/6/7.

Nervy 2-1 win with a late goal from an unlikely source, I will go for Paul McShane!

If I was a betting man I'd go for 2-1 Reading, 5 of their games have ended 2-1 one way or the other.
