I wonder how many managers have taken over a team in a season where that team has actually beaten the other? I would have thought our capitulation in the 2nd half against Fulham would have shown their owners exactly what a Clark team is made of.

It's just all a bit bizarre.

Paul Lambert springs immediately to mind.

Colchester beat Norwich - that's the wrong way round.

Hoop Blah
genome Clarke's win percentage 36%
Adkins' win percentage 36.5%

And remember a good chunk of Adkins' games were in the Premier League

And remember that a good chunk of Clarke's games were with a demotivated and unbalanced team who had nothing to play for in the league and with a massive concentration on the FA Cup campaign.

It was also with a backroom team that it seems he didn't want to work with.

And remember Adkins was financially oxf*rd over as the only Reading Manager to date told he could make no signings in a transfer window and like McDermott seemingly had players bought for him.

Besides it's only 37.5% this season. If i counted right on my tiny phone screen.

Daily Mail say Fulham haven't given up on Clarke. I hope they get him now!
