Somehow that's even more depressing.

Would he combine the job with the Israel U21s gig he's just taken on? Would the RFC board be happy to share him?

No thanks, quitter. Has resigned every job he's had... once from Maccabi for "personal reasons", again from Maccabi for "political reasons", gave up on Brighton after losing the play offs and resigned from Watford for "health reasons" ie minor chest pains.

Extended-Phenotype I have no idea why a portion of our own supporters want to dismiss this achievement as fluke, even if they are arguing that McDermott lacked or lacks the tactical nous to take us further.

Because they are disloyal cünts by an order of magnitude larger than Clarke.

Calcot hotel is currently shut due to refurbishments so pick another hotel...

Maybe try Bath Rd or even the Madejski

In which case, best you get some 'bees and honey' on your apologetic confirmation then Davey lad. Additionally, can you confirm the timescale for your definition of 'coming days'.

Why hasn't Warburton been mentioned more? Got Brentford playing an excellent brand of football before having to leave unfairly. Now Swansea are after him apparently.

Partly because he very publically and unequivocally said he's staying at Rangers.

Obviously that may not be true, but having said that any conversations would have to be low key. I doubt Rangers would stand in his way if a Premiership move came up but they would not be happy if he left for the Championship, even if it was a significant step up for him.

I think Warburton would be mad to leave Rangers.

He's got a good chance to build a team, and a club for that matter, which can take him into European competition and seriously challenge for domestic trophies. That's potentially a good job for the next 3-5 years before getting enough credit in the bank to land a bigger job, say a Newcastle, with a bit more security than going into a Swansea or Villa now when his record isn't going to buy him much time.

Isn't Newcastle under Ashley probably the second worst job to aspire to in English football ?
If that is the future for Warburton he'd probably be better off retiring now !
