No Fixed Abode By all accounts you played well last night. Ady and Mick Gooding said you would have won that if you had a goalscorer in the team. Shame you've just sold your top scorer to Derby.

It's an even bigger shame he's never been a regular scorer for us, apart from a freak run of 10 games that is.

We wouldn't have played as well as we did last night if Blackman was still here though.

Did Blackman get any grief from the travelling support last night or did you politely clap his name?

He was booed when his name was read out, booed on his first touch, jeered when his attempted wonder strike from 30 yards went out closer to the corner flag, and then largely ignored due to his anonymity for the rest of the match.

By all accounts there were hardly any Reading fans there. He probably didn't hear them tbf.

What was noticeable about our goal was TEAMwork

Blackman, despite his quality often turned TEAMwork into

a-load-of-work-by-others-for-me

both Blackman and Williams have had the knack of turning team play into individualism
and last night Williams did his best to lose the ball early in the move

Then he had the audacity to score. The wanker.

:| I don't think there are many, if any, players in the squad that work harder for the team than Williams.

Don't worry he will be off to Middlesbrough soon where they tolerate that kind of behaviour.

+1 One of my favourite current RFC players and always looks like he cares.

Standard Blackman. Derby fans wont be as patient as we were when he's cost them £2m plus.

I quite like WIlliams, but he is the current squads pointing scamperer (see James Harper) which makes him look a lot busier than he actually is

Solid player. Surely their are no gripes with Williams, are there? What is this thread, silly... gripe... place?

Danny Williams is Reading FC's best player.

I could hear them, so unless he's deaf, he should have been able to.

Same fee, apparently, as QPR have received for Austin...
