Reading FC have agreed a deal to sign highly-rated Bosnian teenager Seid Behram.

The 17-year-old has been given a three-year contract by Royals, but as he does not hold an EU passport he will have to be loaned back out if he wants to play competitive football

so what does that mean exactly , we bought him from his parent club and they then loan him to us? or he has to go back out on loan in central europe?

Do you have to become a full international? I thought in some circumstances if the individual demonstrated enough promise or potential to do so, that would be sufficient?

I got really bored of watching his Youtube video link on the OS. He is extremely left-footed (barely uses his right foot to kick a ball) and loves to run round loads of players again and again. Good passing range but will be snubbed out by professional players if he does not raise his game and vary things a bit.
