Couple of class touches from Vydra for the goal.

Anyone who stayed up late to watch us on MOTD will have been rewarded by Lawrenson accidentally saying Stephen Penis instead of Stephen Pienaar.

Gabby Logan almost lost it but held it together pretty well.

My sense of timing is improving - just tuned in and the Everton game was on ...

Another assist for Piazon. Rapidly becoming a "super sub". Clearly has bags of talent, but just a little too lightweight for the physicality of the Championship. Good to see both our starting forwards score as well.

Adie Williams constant criticism of Vydra on the radio after the game really irritated me. Dellor was slagging him off until he scored, and then suddenly changed his tune

He deserves to be criticised because he's not done what he was brought in to do. He also deserves to be congratulated when he does score.

Take away messis goals and assists and he isn't as good either, u moron

And dismissing the goal cos it was a deflection. :|
He didnt even see it. Great control, great cut back, and could have gone in regardless.

I was watching it on my own and thought did I hear that correctly then when I saw Gabby trying to hold it together went into a fit of laughter which feels a little odd when no one else is around , hopefully they will save it for a it will be alright on the night type program .

Hmm Oxford are beating Swansea 2-1 currently, would love to get them in the next round as I've never experienced anything close to a local derby in my time supporting Reading.

EDIT: Obviously if we get through, I hope a good 4th round tie will be motivation enough to win the replay.

For actual mins on the pitch Piazon must have a good scoring/assist record ? Certainly compared to Vydra ..

Strange that we bring in these strikers when we're struggling (Afobe, Murray, Vydra, and to a lesser extent Billy Sharp), and they look absolute dump compared to when they're at playing at other teams.

It's almost like their ability is not the actual issue.

Didn't Afobe come in when we won the league?
