Sky pundits know absolutely dick all about Reading - or the Championship or any club outside the 4/5 biggest in the PL come to that. As with any pundit they're paid loads to spout bland generalisations.

If any pundit was worth their salt they'd take a bit of time to research the teams involved in the games they're hired to pontificate on.

But of course the game starts and ends with ManC, ManU, Chelsea, Liverpool, Spurs and Arsenal (plus West Ham for some obscure reason) and stuff everything else. All a bit like the USA and the rest of the world if you're American.

To be fair if you actually read the full quotes they're not being too scathing, they're just making the suggestion based on the lack of management experience from Stam and relatively unknown signings (prior to Blackett and Moore).
