Apparently neither Mutch or Oxford were in training last week. Something has happened as Gravenberch was ahead of Oxford on the bench last night

Neither been on the pitch since the 7-1 defeat?

Presume only involving those who may have a future here (or Grabban because experience/adds something, if he isn't staying - which I assume he is).

Gravenberch is only 23 after all, two more years on his deal. Still has time to carve out a future.

good news. Didn't rate him as a player, and seems a bit of a knob (based on a quick browse of his twitter feed) as well.

Whichever way Monday goes our recruitment this summer needs to be about upgrading. We have decent players in every position, we have dec not cover just about everywhere and we have decent variety to allow us to switch formations. Every position should now be examined to see if we can improve it.
Sadly for Mitch he does not improve on Kelly, Evans, Joey or Swift so is not the sort of player we need now. A year ago (when we were a bottom half team) he'd probably have been a decent signing.....

Doesn't mean Reading wouldn't take a chance if he was a free agent though.

Isn't that what we have just not done ?
Were Palace expecting us to pay a fee for him if we wanted to keep him ?
You'd think we have removed the 'taking a chance' bit from the equation by having him at the club for 5 months and it clearly not working.

After watching him at Norwich its good to see that we haven't signed him as far as im concerned another ex-premier player masquerading as a footballer

Bye bell end

After Norwich though, I doubt you'd have wanted Reading to sign anyone who played in the team.

QPR paid £6m for this guy.

Also his parents can't spell Jordan.

Glad to hear Jordon's still alive, I was worried that Stam had made him disappear after his embarrassing performance at Norwich

Such is my apathy towards this tool that I've only just realised his name is spelt with an "o".

The most interesting thing about the three loan signings we made at the end of the transfer window that I was so pleased about at the time turns out to be that they all have first names that are more usually spelt differently:
Jordon Mutch - Jordan
Reece Oxford - Rees or even Rhys
Lewis Grabban - Louis

Incredible.

He looks like the least likely bloke to be a pro baller.

How many games has he played since he left us?
