5-5-0 Who needs strikers?

If we're trying to play like a Spanish/Dutch side, why not go the whole way and forgo a striker? I reckon our young central midfield is one for the future and should keep playing as they are, with most of the threat coming from the wings (as is the 'Reading way', and still is today).
