Things could get very interesting if we beat Brighton and Huddersfield beat Barnsley next up.

The Informant Rosenior is what I imagine a baby born out of an arse instead of a vagina to look like.

Not in a racist way, just looks the type that wasn't born out of a vagina. Hated him while he was here and I hope he never plays again due to injury.

The fcuk are you on about?

Dwight Gayle has been ruled out for 6 matches, and will miss the games against Brighton, Huddersfield and Reading :!:

Great news, now just need to hope Ritchie, Shelvey, Diame, Gouffran, Mitrovic, Atsu, Lascelles and Yedlin get injured too.

Looking forward to the Brighton game now. I really hope Kermogant scores an injury time winner after out-jumping Rosenior at the far post.

Apparently precious Liam might be back for them at the weekend. I am sure he will talk a good game beforehand as usual, so eloquent, shame he plays like he has got slippers on.

Fulham, who do concern me, are winning away at Bristol City

Crap. Didn't even realise they were playing. Yeah Fulham are the one team I think could break the top 6

At this point it's not the Brightons (or even Prestons) we need to beat - it's the Rotherhams.

Wednesday finished 6th last season with 74 points - the season before that the 6th team had 78 points and before that 72. So realistically Reading probably need 5 more wins to guarantee a play-off place.

Thats

Wolves
Blackburn
Rotherham
Wigan

Then one of Villa or Forest away.

Not too concerned by a routine win at a Bristol City team who seem to be in freefall.

They are away to a seriously in form Cardiff next and also have Leeds and Newcastle in the their next 4 games. If they are closing the gap after that then I will be worried.

But they will have Leeds and Sheffield Weds in their sights first esp. as they play each other on Saturday. Nice draw there will do.

Apparently, according to Paul Lambert, Wolves are aiming for the play-offs - just the 23 points and 14 places to make up with 13 games to go

Sheff Wed trailing Leeds 1-0 and have missed a penalty. If that result stays the same then Reading will drop to 5th place. If Fulham win at Cardiff then the points gap to 7th would be reduced to 5

I really hate Reading's fixture list to the end of March

1-1 Cardiff. Come on Colin...

Are Hudds within 2 pts of Newcastle if the results stay the same? With Newcastle's run in, seriously have to fancy Huddersfield to take their spot

Hell with Newcastle's run in, who says we can't catch them too? Without Dwight Gayle they're lacking in serious firepower

Do Derby still qualify for this thread?

Not if they are going to lose to Villa they don't.

Has Vydra been dropped from their squad altogether? What an awful signing he has been

They could have asked our opinion if he was worth £8m or not, truly awful scouting team at Derby to come to the conclusion he was worth that much.
