Silver Fox Anyone who uses form to say we’re definitely going down must know that Brentford are in the midst of securing one of the relegation spots

Still 50/1 to get relegated before this match. 3 points above the relegation zone, worst form of anyone over the last 2 months.

3-1 down at ht to an off form Swansea side

As shown above I thought they were shockingly bad first half vs wba. Defence was a joke

Sheff Weds also in freefall... losing 2-1 at home to Rotherham.

Can't see their manager surviving this if they lose

If we win tonight it will bring a good 2 or 3 extra sides into the relegation battle

2-2 now.

It is funny how since our playoff season we’ve both absolutely gone to utter shit.

Fixtures of interest to us this weekend

Bolton vs Leeds (another tough game for Bolton)
Hull vs Brentford (another relegation battle game)
Ipswich vs Wigan (still think Wigan can be dragged into relegation battle, but don't want Ipswich to start picking up wins so maybe a draw there)
Preston vs Millwall (even though Preston are on same points as Wigan, they won't go down, so Preston win is favourable)
Rotherham vs Reading (another relegation battle game, obviously want an away win)
Swansea vs Wednesday (home win to drag Wednesday deeper into trouble)

Have a feeling Bolton will get something at home to Leeds and think Ipswich may pick up their first home win of the season. Whatever happens, there are two or three pretty big games this weekend

They've only lost 1 of their last 11 games, they just had an awful start to the season, doing the complete opposite of Brentford and Wigan who are plummeting down

They are a half decent side who started the season asleep.

Don't think they will go down for one minute personally

According to a Bolton friend they are hoping we take Parky as they think he’s taking them down and doubt they can afford to sack him.

Yeah he's not done enough for me to warrant our job. TBF to him, Boltons players haven't been paid for weeks and there's all sorts of issues at the club that are overhanging. Still not for me though.

Not sure it's fair to say he's taking them down so much as he got them up and can't keep them there indefinitely given the constraints he's under.

Derby Forest is quite a bad tempered game. Lots of pushing and general shitty behaviour.

More the nature of the incidents. More girly pushing rather than thundering challenges.

Games of interest this weekend (not including ours):

Brentford v Bolton
Ipswich V Sheffield Utd
Rotheham V WBA
Wednesday V PNE
Stoke V Millwall
Hull V Swansea

Looking at those games, you would think if we can find a win against a woefully out of form Boro, we have a chance to move away from the bottom 3 a little ahead of a big game at Millwall on Boxing Day.

We like to give assistance to out of form teams though, its kinda our thing.
