windermereROYAL TBF Notlob looked really good tonight, they will still have a game in hand after tomorrow, still have a 6 point gap though because Hull dropped into the bottom 3. but they are one of the teams you wouldn't expect to stay there.

Why? Hull are awful, they may stay up but they are awful this year. There is still a lot of bad blood st the club between the fans and the owners. Owners also appear to have lost interest. Both they and Sunderland may have come down but both are basket case clubs. Half tempted to put some money in the current bottom 3 being the clubs to drop.

Birmingham seem to be in decent form, looks like Sheffield Wednesday could be dragged in to the relegation battle way things are going

Reminds me so much of the FA Cup S/F season. We are awful (mostly) but somehow there are worse teams than us.

Not a rival to us but to our record... Wolves' second goal was absolute filth. First wasn't bad either.

Very slick. Portugal-hampton Wanderers definately look like a mid table PL team at the moment.

Minor Reading link with the Sheff United GK, who got sent off for that ludicrously dangerous karate kick to the face, is the older brother of released youth team keeper Stuart Moore.

genome Weekend's off to a bad start...

Bolton 1-0 Bristol City

Cracking goal though

Hi genome, just wondered why you found it relevant to mention the Bolton Wanderers score in our rivals thread?

They are in a relegation battle this season so won’t be anywhere near us in the table and can’t be considered rivals.

Shut up with your delusional posting please

I’m not delusional. We lost yesterday and we’re still 6 points clear of the drop with 3 teams below us!

Okay then. So if we lose the next game and all of them win are we not in a relegation battle then?

We aren’t in a relegation battle in February.

If it gets to March and we are 20th or below, then yes we are.

Edit: Sorry, can't read, thought that was until the end of the season!

Sunderland's games look tough. And it remains to be seen if their 3-3 draw at the weekend will kick-start them much. They still went 3-0 down in first half an hour, and Bristol gifted them 2 own goals late on.
