Seems fine but I have a feeling Stam will bench Oxford and move Gunter into CB put McCleary on RWB, as well as putting Williams in mid over Evans (which im not a big fan of personally). Also kind of feel sorry for Roy as I'm not sure where he can fit in now with this formation and the striking options of Meite Grabban Kermie and McCleary.

Hopefully with the options we now have, we have much more ability to make Substitutions that can really affect the flow of the match.

It was nice to see Stam make a decisive substitution last week at half time, and really we now should be getting subs on no later than the hour mark if the game isn't going our way.
