bracksroyal10 Does anyone know the logic behind allowing G-Mac to take corners given that he is a big body that would be useful in the box potentially?
Not too sure if anyone else has clocked on to this but rather than fizz the ball into the box for our target men to attack like Kelly, its becoming a common theme where he seems to float the ball up in the air with no pace making it an easy corner to defend and also wasting a decent opportunity when attacking.
I can't recall us scoring/creating many chances from any of those kind of deliveries so failing to understand why Stam persists with him. Its quite evident Kelly should be on all corners given his height and delivery quality.
Alternatively John Swift offers the quality delivery that we need as a plan B.

Ian Royal Harte was good. The Obita McAnuff combo got good results, with highly variable quality admittedly.
