No chance, investigation would take months, charges would then be made, then court case.

Maybe points deduction in two years time, but i doubt that also.

Obviously therre should be immediate relegation to League 3 (Conference/National League whatever it's called this week) with both Reading and Huddersfield being automatically elevated into the Premier league along with Brighton!!!

Obvious issue would be the PL requiring Ashley to submit to a fit and proper persons test ahead of being accepted into the PL. If they have publically stated this could happen to our potential owners then it should also apply to an owner with fraud charges pending.
No points deduction required...

Oh look, and the media darlings of West Ham too - and not for the first time either.

In the FL it'd probably be a points deduction. Outside the FL it'd probably be automatic relegation or compulsory winding up order/shot at dawn depending which league/local FA you upset.

In the PL it'll be a equivalent to what a £20 fine means to your average fan plus some stern tutting.

The chances of Newcastle getting away with this are the same as them getting 2 red cards rescinded without explanation in the same game

Got commuted and they were sentenced to having Holloway as a manager of a couple of seasons.
Apparantly they are appealing again....

I don't find QPR appealing at all.
