We're playing like arseholes. Timewasting, cynical fouling, diving. FFS Reading.

John Madejski's Wallet Being booked in the first half for time wasting is the embarrassing tactic of a bottom of the table club

I really didn't see how he was time wasting.

We've been taking excessively long at every single throw in since the game started. Then Swift took an age at the corner. It was inevitable. And now we will struggle to do it in the last 20 if we need it.

And it's just so classless.

So Fulham can take as long as they like to restart play but Swift gets booked for time wasting! Stuart Prattwell.

Williams and Obita are having terrific games. Grabban needs to be subbed off, looks off the pace today

They've taken ages a couple of times. We did it dozens. We got done for persistent timewasting. It just happened to be about the first time Swift had done it and he got unlucky as the ref's patience snapped. The ref had clearly had words with McShane to cut it out earlier.

There can be no arguments or complaints. We deserved it and got our medicine.

Happy so far but some of our challenges have a lot to be desired. Everyone playing well bar Swift. They seem to be targeting him.

Laws apply to both teams. They should have recieved a booking too.

I noticed that Fulham have "time wasted" on two or three occasions as well so not unique to Reading.

Just wish Reading had more of a forward threat, still perhaps McCleary, Popa and Mendes might get to liven things up.

Also with Fulham being fairly tasty away from home I don't think they're going to get too worried if it stays goalless.

Fulham are not looking to take a 0-0 back to Reading's ground… It's not that difficult to be honest.

Well, well. It looks like we're very, very mindful of that 5-0 drubbing, contrary to all the pre-match guff.

But hey. It might be the only way to get a result against the 'best team in the playoffs'...

I've been a nervous wreck all day but after 15 minutes I've eased into the game and so have Reading. Jaap's tactics have been spot on. Fulham look exhausted, we look like a Jaap Stam side. Looking forward to the second half... We're doing more than ok.

10539.4 Miles Away Fulham look more nervous than us at the moment

Are you sure. Commentators seem pretty sure Fulham are the greatest team that the Championship has ever witnessed. Not sure how they didn't win the league by November.

I lasted approx 30 secs with the BeIN sports commentary so now I have them on mute and tim and mick on the radio so all I know is that Blackett and Grabban are rubbish.

(Probably agree with them on Grabbans first half but I think Blacketts been great)

Positive is how little threat the greatest side the champ has ever seems has had. Problem is neither have we

Bit naive to whine is time wasting. Fulham were on top and we were taking the heat out of it. Much better that that rushing the ball back in.

Happy enough so far but of course a long long way to go

But they could be looking to tactically slow the game down at times.
