Well that was a fun day

Started in the kings which was good fun, got suitably hammered before going to ground. Managed to sneak into the away end despite having a home ticket. A note on that, very strange. Same entrance, same concourse with two opposing set s of fans (admittedly there were quite a few in that end). Could only happen at a Fulham - Reading game  .

Game itself was exciting without a huge amount of quality going forward for both teams, a lot of which was down to our tactics and game plan and we carried it out to perfection. Completely nullified Fulham bar a slight lapse in concentration which culminated in their goal. If ever there is a warning for their threat it's that.

Good performances for most however Grabban and Swift were pretty poor, they couldn't really implement themselves into the game whilst that was mostly due to the style of play itself, on occasions when either player should have done better, neither did.

McShane was very silly, looked a clear red even from the back of the stands, though their players play acting was

With both our excellent records at home and away respectively the tie is finely poised for Tuesday. It's anyone's game but I feel we're probably going to have to put in a similar style of performance unfortunately if we're going to win. For all of the media love in and Fulham fukkkng it's not entirely unjustified. Their arrogance pisses me off but the fact is we're not going to outfootball Fulham, it's just not going to happen. The reason why they're so strong on the road is because the onus is on the home team to go out and attack them, consequently they'll just pick you off. Hate to say it but more of the same at the start, keep it tight and see how the game develops but I'd definitely take a cautious approach going into the second leg - home or not.

Agree, delighted that we are still very-much-in-it, but Wolves, Burnley.......and to a lesser degree, Wigwam ( yes, I know we won...but only just) still resonate.

Softly, softly, catchee monkey etc.

Huckleberry Hound
RoyalBlue By half-time the Sky Fulham fanboys had changed that absolutely clear offside, acknowledged as such by the commentators at the time, to 'a question about offside'!

Such an obvious offside we could all see it from behind the goal. Did my eyes deceive me or did the linesman flip us the bird for the abuse he got as a result?

Did a 'glasses' motion to the away stand, which considering it was clearly offside even from behind the goal was a bit oxf*rd rich.

My friend is a "massive Liverpool fan". He text me earlier saying he was going shopping as he was too nervous to watch the Liverpool game on TV. :|

I text him back and said about yesterday's result. He responded saying he didn't realise the playoff games were this weekend.

Sums up fans of the big clubs I think

Does anyone know who the black guy was that people were getting selfies with on the concourse at half time?

It was either Shaun Goater or Bas Savage. I only got a brief glimpse mind but definitely one of those.
