I refuse to get excited about anything on this tour - as previously mentioned Ryan Edwards impressed in plenty of friendlies a few years back and is now at Exeter.

I am in no doubt we will have a decent, marquee signing for the Vitesse Arhem friendly

Swap deal for Tim Krul

He's going away for 6 months along with The Informant. Probably to a nice sandy beach that they can both bury their heads in.

Luke Southwood off apparently. Palace interested and he wasn't included in the squad for the tour!

Injured.

Andresson however isn't, but he's not part of the squad.

was just thinking he wasn't in the squad; that doesn't seem like good news to me. Thought he was the best of the young keepers?

I presume, seeing as his season finished in Korea only just about 2 a weeks ago, that the club have granted some extra time off for a summer break - so I don't think the fact he's not involved is anything to worry about.

JLows response to the question -
Reports this morning suggest he has turned down a new deal.
I can’t see him getting a look in at Reading - there are plenty of young keepers on the books and George Legg was the preferred third choice last year.
Best for both parties I think if he moved on.

Day out in Bath then an early dinner followed by a spot of football afterwards sounds positively delightful.
