Bit harsh but Stam’s post-match comments this season have been dull, predictable and have now become slightly self-preserving. He needs to find a way of winning no doubt and his team need to deliver a performance week in, week out but NO WAY should fans be even contemplating him leaving. Look at Bristol City last season and look now. Having stuck with Johnson they're back in the hunt this season getting results and are heading in the right direction.

Let's see what he can do, how he turns things around, because I think he will turn things around and let's not forget, he's learning as he goes.

Having watched Bristol City and seen Bobby Reid play again, one wonders why Reading went and splaffed up to £7.5m on Aluko.

Not a Troll, Windermere Royal, just concerned that its all going down the same old road.
Poor performances, manager speaks to us fans via the press and thinks we are stupid. I saw a game of pathetic marking and amateur finishing. Evans was dreadful, marking was rubbish. Nothing changes, Stam no better than McDermott, Adkins et al, living on his rep.

quickwingerswife Evans was dreadful,

Evans consistently slows down our midfield, far too slow to turn and find a forward pass.

Good post. Evans is great at protecting in front of a busy centre two, but seems in the headlights when playing as a left midfielder.
