Well, hope to be proved wrong but glad I decided not to go at the moment. JS has either said to the players you can't be that bad again so put it right or I'm picking the same team until we win a game to prove I'm the boss and the fans don't know what they're doing !
I haven't seen Millwall this season but, if we do pass the ball much quicker, then maybe pace up top is the right choice. Providing McCleary has learnt the offside rule since Saturday !

Issue is he's still going to be 5ft 1 and not able to header; not that that matters as he won't be in the box anyway.

we have only lost 12 home league games in the 56 home games he has been in charge of.

That's not hugely impressive, Stam has been in charge of 31 home games and only lost 3 home league games.

He adds nothing from a starting position. He runs like this guy I used to play rugby with, moves him arms very fast to give the illusion of speed, yet moves at a snails pace.
