Kevin Doyle

Ok prolly should be under AE but anyways just seen Doyler has announced his retirement from the game due to recurring concussion at the 'no' age of 34.

What the hell we could do with his like in his day right now!

Top player for us and probably one of the best value. As with previous post, what would we give for just one of that squad. Doyle,Lita,Kitson or Long

A Kevin Doyle in his prime would be a huge player in this team but a Dave Kitson in his prime would absolutely drag it by the bootstraps to a different level. He carried us for 2 years pre 2005.

First saw him play for us in the pre-season vs. Farnborough , and knew we had a great player on our hands.

As one of the 106'ers - a club legend.

We could do with a forwards coach - lets get him in.

He'd have a cushy time since we hardly have any forwards.

Good to see him getting out whilst he still has his health.

We were privileged to have him at the club when we did and he'll never be forgotten as part of the 106 team.

Great player. A key part of the 106 team and would score a ton in the current team.

A great attacking header of the ball. Worked hard on the pitch and a thoroughly nice chap. Scored some brilliant goals and made memories we'll all treasure.

Rubbish as a lone striker though.
