Never seen that before. Great to see Maurice Evans Frank Orion plus the players. There is a piece on the opening of the Mad Stad hard to believe it’s nearly 20 years. Won’t be long before a generation of fans will only know football at the Mad Stad.

I think I did the same as you did, in that I had a good old reminisce watching two or three of the following regional news shows.
For me, it goes to highlight what might have been.
Back then, we certainly had the best new stadium in the south of England, and in terms of facilities for players, attractiveness to up and coming talent, we were light years ahead of our footballing peers in the region, but instead of kicking on and cementing that position as the region's top dogs, our "edge" was slowly eroded, the peer group caught up, and when the Swiss bankers went shopping for a football club, they chose bloody Southampton and their red photocopy of the Madstad.

Ah well.

Below is a comical attempt by a spammer to get some "legit" posts and to become legitimised
Lena01 Elm Park is a suburban district in east London, England, and part of the London Borough of Havering. Located 14.3 miles (23.0 km) east-northeast of Charing Cross, it is identified as a district centre in the London Plan with several streets of shops and a priority for regeneration. Prior to the construction of the extensive Elm Park Garden City development in the 1930s it was a scattered settlement of farms in the south of the parish of Hornchurch. Elm Park has been connected to central London by the electrified District line service since 1935 and the planned development of the area formed part of the interwar private housing boom that was interrupted by World War II. After the war Elm Park expanded with social housing and it has formed part of Greater London since 1965.

You swam? I actually snorkelled through it.

Shame that we had to lose the Narizz Fizz as well as those botulism burgers when we moved.....parking was always less of a problem lol

£15? What kind of a p1ss-take is that?

Stalactites formed in the bogs behind the TE. Took great interest in their downward progress over the decades.
