Yes very interesting actually Hound. Sadly I can't publish it as you'll appreciate, but his analysis was good - LUFC just didn't do as he suggested!

He's actually at Bramall Lane today scouting Sheff U, so will await his reaction to our "performance"! Safe to say he is less than enamoured with what he's seen so far this season. Still he had a laugh the Monday after the LUFCvRFC game - they all know he's a RFC fan!! Thankfully he's kept his job - for now!

Sounds like just what you’d expect. None of the Leeds impetus and back to the el crappo poncing about creating absolutely nothing.

Kevin Dillon has pointed out the system is wrong with the players Reading have as there are just no front players to give ay threat or outlet. Personally I’d put Smith in from the start and have got the team to play the same tactics as at Leeds. It might not work so well but at least there’d be a striking outlet and how else is Smith to get experience? At least it would certainly be better than a return to the cr@p again.

Oh and Bod has apparently texted BBCRB to say he has a calf strain.

With 9 coaches going to Sheffield this was always to be expected. At least those supporters didnt have to fork out for travel costs

Smith isn’t the answer to this one. He is no more likely to hold the ball up than the other 3 from what I’ve seen of him

Dadi being injured is a massive loss, could have mitigated it if it’s been a week later and Yann a week fitter but always going to be tough with no big man

Best hope is to hold on and hope the likes of Edwards get an undeserved equaliser due to lack of concentration from their back 4
