And so we can all relax. Mr Stam will be with us for a while yet.

Expecting normal service and zero points from the next 2 games though.

Thought it was an OG but people seem to be saying Aluko scored?

Goal is credited as a Smith og according to the press feeds i’ve seen. Usually most ogs get turned into goals for whoever hit the ball though.

Keeper accidentally knocked it back into the net so would seem odd to put it down as a goal.

Well that was a lot better....

Not sure whether to be incredibly frustrated to have taken us this long to play like that again or just be happy about it

The sterile toothless movement free crap served up against Norwich, Hull and Boro was binned and replaced with fast breaks, lovely link up and some great final balls

Keep this system Stam. Keep Swift injury free and in that role, keep Barrow and Aluko right out on the wings and keep the superb Bacuna at RB.

Special mention to Mannone - brilliant display. Some world class saves.

Forest were handy - I’d say much better than Boro or Hull, and deserves their goal.
Though I suppose nagging doubt that maybe they gave us the chance to play how we wanted- and we were just that bit better at it than them

Only if the shot is deemed to be going in anyway. No way was Aluko's.

From behind the goal definitely looked like it was a shot on target . Surprised if it doesn’t get given as Aluko’s

double d Going to this one again. I think we will be tanked 3-0 (2-0 at ht) I will leave after 60 minutes and stam will get sacked

Anyone that goes to a game expecting / planning to leave after 60 minutes is an idiot
