Elm Park Kid
Hound FT 0-0

Sounds pretty dire. At least our we can rely on our home form to see us through.

I'm predicting a record low attendance for the replay.

What is our record low at mad stad? Bet it was something like Northampton in the cup years ago when we beat them on pens.

I have never in my life ever considered not going to a game based on the position Reading are in but at the moment I really can't be arsed to go and be bored on a Saturday afternoon. My ST will be stuffed in a draw and ready to come out again when this clueless charlatan has gone. I feel that demotivated.

I like how that a draw against a mid table L2 side is as good as winning the FA cup at the moment.

Reckon 0-0 was perfect result. Stevenage come to the MadStad for the replay and wipe us off the park winning 2-0. We cement our place as the laughing stock of the top 2 divisions and Stam is unceremoniously dumped.

Having said that, Mark Hughes isn't covering himself in glory just now!

Logging of and going for a beer. Respect to anyone who travelled to Stevenage to watch that display. Have a good rest of the w/e all ... if that is possible after this afternoon.

RoyalBlue Don't understand all the negativity.

We clearly needed a replay to fund our January transfer activity.

Judging by that quick clap and entry down the tunnel, Sparky knows its over.

That was a bit poo wasn’t it.

Looking forward to the BFTG thread.
Stevenage is supposedly the Venice of the UK...look forward to hear the cultural delights our supporters experienced. Local culinary dishes, wines etc.

I won’t bother Tuesday week and I don’t think I’m alone in that sentiment sadly.

He’s a Goner.
Credit to Mark Robins at Cov. Has them looking good. Somebody give him a shout. Coventry seem to do the whole playing towards the oppositions goal and kicking the leather thing towards the white net thing very well

Stats according to bet365:-
Shots on target-Stevenage 4 Reading 1
Corners-Stevenage 11 Reading 1

These are the sort of figures you might expect if we were away at Man City or Chelsea but really..................................................

Replay at the Mad Stad, Championship side in terrible form vs struggling League 2 side.

Other replays due:
Leicester v Fleetwood
Wigan v Bournemouth
Mansfield v Cardiff
Wednesday v Carlisle
Swansea v Wolves

We're not getting on TV for it are we, at least we'd make some cash if we did.

Still, not the worst result of the day by any means.

Blakey just summed it up - he said Steve Coppell would have been tearing what hair he had out and saying 'it's good football played badly'.

McShane told the fans not to applaud the fans at full time, Van den Berg and Swift led the walking off. Gunter and Edwards only people to applaud the fans. I can barely blame those that walked off, constant booing at the moment making everything worse. Some of our fans need to look in a mirror, how can you expect respect when you just abuse them?

If Stevenage had an ounce of quality today we'd have lost without a doubt
