We must be thankful for small mercies.

If Stam screws this up and doesn't see this out with anything less than 3 points he must go. Tomorrow.

The problem is he will now tell the team to defend their slender lead, and we will make a silly mistake and gift them at least one goal.

Me and my big mouth

alfie9 Who made the push? It looked like an extremely stupid pen to concede

Hope it wasn't Joey.

Very soft decision on the pen

If Edwards did actually foul him he needs shooting. Cross Was drifting straight into Mannone’s hands

lol team will find any way they can to concede, beggars belief. Goal once again after absolutely zero pressure or momentum by the other side and we gift them something out of nowhere.

Site's back up.

Bodvarsson is truly one of a kind. Never seen someone so clinical but also so prone to some of the worst misses you'll ever see.

Thank God for that. Beat Millwall and we will have plenty of breathing space.

Bacuna with great first assist but grew tired of his "shots". How many went into the stands???

John Smith We will win this game.

The FA Cup on Friday was a free shot with a new system and it didn't work. We are a better team than Burton and we will make it show. We displayed signs of improvement against Brentford and our quality will prevail on the night. I have slight concerns about the ref so we might concede a cheap pen in a 3-1 win.

That was a pretty damn perfect prediction, mate. Respect.

Gunterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr with his annual goal and then the mighty Icelandic goal machine made it 1-3 to the Biscuitmen. 3 points at last. Now comes the tricky bit, getting a win at home on a Saturday.

Current bottom places in the Championship

16 Sheffield Wednesday 29 - 33 (-4)
17 QPR 29 - 33 (-11)
18 Reading 29 - 32 (-4)
19 Barnsley 29 - 27 (-14)
20 Birmingham 29 - 27 (-21)
21 Hull 29 - 26 (-6)
22 Bolton 28 - 26 (-20)
23 Sunderland 29 - 25 (-19)
24 Burton 29 - 24 (-33)

Big win and even more crucial few goals to analyse tonight. As atrocious as we’ve been recently, low on confidence and considering Burton just beat us this was the perfect time to win. Table looking a lot better now, but we can’t drink too hard, because I’d go as far as saying that Millwall at home is season defining

Keep that formation Stam and I might learn to like you again.

Keep that formation and get us a win on Saturday and I'll be voting 'in' in the next poll. How's that for a vote of confidence, sort of?

Haha yes, spot on! But a win is a win is a win is a win! Downside Stam is reprieved for another week. Oh well, can't have it all I suppose.

4-4-2 in League under Stam is played 2, (both away), and won two. Do you think he will get the message?? No, of course not.
