Last time I looked we were 4 points above the drop zone, did you mistake this forum for twitter?

Will 4 points be enough of a cushion with Defeats to Derby, Wolves and Sheff Utd coming up.
Tonight’s game was one of the easiest of our run in.
Feel safe now eh?

To be frank yes - we don’t need your sort.

We play better against the teams further up the league.

You’re not a real fan - bet you don’t have a south bank story?

Well actually I remember really well the stench while waiting into the gents at the back of the south bank; being ousted by Chelsea fans in a cup game when they decided to remove the partition fences; being locked out v Bolton in our first ever playoff season; jimmy Quinn’s goal v Wolves from way out and the magical Simon Cup run and leading the chants at Wembley. So yes I am a real fan of the club.
But I am not a fan of the amateurish and disinterested bunch of Tossers running it at the moment.
Sorry to be blunt.

Hound Gunter’s has a decent season. Barrow. Moore’s been ok

That’s be my 3 at the moment with Barrow #1

for me

Gunter
Barrow
Moore

And I really can't see any other names being considered other than perhaps Bodvarsson if he gets more game time etc.

Mine is the same. I think Gunter has really done a great job as a stand in left back when needed and has actually looked better as a LB than a RB.

Oh god, that old you aren't a real fan if you dare criticism the team nonsense again. Yawn.
Its like the whole argument of if you voted leave you are automatically a far right bigoted racist.

I was reading this and wondering who was the idiot that posted the ‘not a real fan’ comment.

Turns out it was me.......I take it back unreservedly. Apologies for my crassness.

The dangers of a variety of strong craft beer on a Tuesday evening.

I do however maintain an unexplainable level of optimism - IMHO Jaap and the team will turn it around, we will go on a nice little unbeaten run and will all find April a bit dull with lower-mid table obscurity secured!

But none of them play for Chelsea?

TiagoIlori
AthleticoSpizz Tin hats on

Mannone?

Gunter?

(not) Moore?

admittedly, P.O.T.S is going to be a real bollock scratcher this season

Mannone hasn’t been great, I keep seeing people say “Mannone should have done better” after we concede, not that he’s been terrible, but average
Gunter has been a huge improvement and I will tolerate that suggestion, but he is ultimately part of that shambolic defence
Moore has been very underwhelming this season, especially as of late. I don’t think he’s been good

Think you're being a bit harsh on Mannone over the season (or possibly the reports you're judging by are). I'll admit I was a bit sceptical when we signed him but he's been solid at the back and his distribution (especially earlier in the season) has been an upgrade on AAH. Also do't forget he's been through the mill in his personal life recently so fair play to him for putting that behind him and being so professional.

Maybe should give P.O.T.S to Quinn, as he is in no way responsible for anything this season. Or Obita, for similar reasons.

Mannone and Gunter have been decent - I think Gunter is probably the only one who is actually better this season than last - but is that because there's so many playing badly around him that he's exactly the same, but just looks better by comparison?

I cannot think of a third. Richards has impressed but hasn't been given a go/uninjured enough to make a proper judgement. Also he fades badly in games, and if his name was Blackett, he'd get a lot more criticism. Bodvarsson has missed some absolute sitters. Being better than a half-crocked Kermorgant is not in itself material for P.O.T.S. Maybe Moore. He's less secure than last season, but having Ilori, a very out of form McShane and Blackett as companions in central defence can't be easy.

Richards? Yeah, great....bit part player this season, a handful of moonbeams.....contender next year, maybe.
Bod? Yeah, great.....goals, but still a bit part player this season, however, a little more credible a choice maybe
But
Moore? Nah, not this season

To be fair to him, he was actually good at left back. He's been a shambles for far too many goals to win PotS, but then not a single one of them deserves it. It tells you everything you need to know about the standard being set when Gunter appears to have been our most threatening player going forward for a few weeks now. :|

Barrow looked good but has gone missing, Moore's not been up to standard.

I'd give it to Richards solely for being a small glimmer of sunlight and as a 'oxf*rd you' to the rest of the squad.

Or maybe Stephen Quinn.

So you’re struggling to name player of the season.

And yet you continue to complain about the fans utter lack of enthusiasm?

(And generally show an utter disrespect to your own fan base. )

Consistency Ian, is all we want.

Doubt his name will be on the list to vote for. If it is though it'll take quite a concerted effort to get him to win it

Is Jaap in with a chance of winning Manager of the season? With all the hardships he's had to deal with, the lack of finances and having the fans on his back from the start of the season for no reason, to even be contemplating survival is a colossal achievement.

No. I complain about excessive negativity, expectations and lack of support.

No one deserves a PotS award, but there's been little lack of effort from most of the players. Lack of application, bravery or decision maybe.

Noticed forest won 5-2 today away

Thought they looked a handy team to be honest. Think we may have ignored that a bit
