AthleticoSpizz It’s the complacency that kills

No one is pretending things are rosey though. No one is saying we're safe.

But we certainly aren't doomed and we're not favourites to go down either.

We will win tomorrow. It will be like the Burton away match where everyone heaped the pressure on us but we rose to the challenge.

I have a feeling we will pick up the points to survive. We got a couple of wins in us looking at the fixtures, but our form / performances have been so erratic its hard to judge.
There is still a few more twists to come in this season and teams below will start punishing us if we dont start picking up points. My prediction is 46 points will be the magic number to survive.

I think we'll pull it together enough (starting tomorrow with a win) to see us safe.

Saw enough vs Derby to think that it might not take too much to turn it around enough to grind out a couple of wins. I think if we can get Swift, and then Elphick (presumably after Norwich) fit and back in the side, we'll look a fair bit better.

If we fail to pick up more than a couple of points in the next 2 games would be very concerned though

I just want us to win a game of football. And then win a few more.

Is it too much to ask?

know what you mean. Just totally used to watching us lose this year. Seen the 3 home wins in the league, but seem like ages ago

complete contrast to last year, where I think I only saw us lose once (Brentford away)

I hate tot think how few wins I've seen in the last 5 years. Almost certainly less than 20.. I'd guess about 16 from 55- 6 5 odd

Elphick will be key - we are crying out for him - be like a new bonus signing
