Indeed the worrying theory is that they could sell the clubs stadium after promising us a new stadium.....heard that one before. And judging by how much they care about the club you can understand the suspicion.

Dellor has constantly requested interviews apparently. BBCRB are an important asset to the club and someone in Gourleys position clearly should be available at all times as he is the CEO. That's what he's paid for. He sounds like he hasn't got a clue.
