Predict Sunday's outcome

by Brum Royal » 02 May 2018 14:02

Gauging the mood ahead of the weekend.

I've discounted "draw and go down" as an option as Burton would need to overcome a 21 goal differential for that to happen

I think we can go there and get a point.

We will lose and stay up for sure.

We will then get a load of ghost written instagram and Twitter posts from the players bleating on about letting the fans down and how they will "go again" next season.

The majority of them just need to go!

We'll win.

Temperature is going to be belting hot which will suit our high tempo game and superior fitness levels up against Warnock's bunch of namby pamby fancy Dais.

I'm thinking that Barnsley and Burton win. Us and Birmingham won't.

We survive - just.

Yeah, Burton will score atleast 21 goals against Preston despite having only scored 37 all season.

Although I don't know whats more likely, Burton scoring 21 goals or us getting a point..

We stay up on goal difference...which sends Bolton down and Parky is sacked...we lose heavily at Cardiff and Clement is, er, relieved of his duties...thus paving the way for Parky's arrival.

Or,...we stay up, but lose heavily, Clement leaves, and we get Nigel Clough from Burton who are relegated. ( @Ascot).

( :P, just in case)

Although improbable, we can go down with a draw

I think we'll lose and stay up and then I can enjoy watching Fulham bottle the playoffs.

We lost but stay up.

Jokanovic can't get past a semi.

Clough, yes but not Parky, I take it you didn't see the 2 games against Bolton?

Stranger things have happened.

Aluko passed the ball properly the other week.

I genuinely have images in my mind of Sone Aluko scoring a last minute worldie to equalise, keep us up and thus send Fulham up at Cardiff’s expense
