Sorry meant in at least 2-3 weeks :)

But yes hopefully after the break. Ejaria was fully training so hopeful there.

Good news about Ejaria, will help having him back, if not fully ready for Stoke by ready 100% for PNE.

J low keep spouting on about eza not being in Gomes plans even if he`s fit, That would be bloody crazy, one of the other loan signings would have to make way for him in the match day squad once they are all fit though.

JLow is about as in the know on it as us though

If he is actually fit and training again then he'll be available. Whether JG wants to play him probably comes then

Really needs to be looked into, I`ve never known it to be so bad in all my time supporting this club, players take a knock and they are out for months.

I agree, this injury crisis could well cost us a place in this league!! i would be 100% confident that with a full squad at his disposal "Jose" would keep us in this league. Now i'm not so sure, our midfield is getting totally overrun and we will struggle to score in what is already a tough run in.

Yes - I really think in this league it plays a key part in determining where sides finish; I read the BBC match reviews last weekend and Sheff Utd had a fully fit squad, Leeds just 2 out....makes a huge difference.

It always seems to be the way that teams doing well tend to have few injuries. Just look at our 2005/06 squad. We never had this constant injury crisis back then. Sheffield Utd with a fully fit squad....when was the last time we had that?

I honestly can't remember the last time someone returned from injury sooner than expected. The norm has become 3-4 weeks turning into 3-4 months.

Something has been very wrong with the clubs whole approach to injuries for at least the last 2 years and, should we go down, it will have played a significant part in our downfall.

Yes can't understand why Gomes seems to be so negative about him

Except he hadn't recovered from injury (clue in the thread title) and merely had a mask protecting multiple injuries to his face.

Moore had his shoulder put back in it's socket on field and was never out through injury.

Wtf is he still doing here then, we could have sent him back months ago.

Realistically, it's unlikely Gomes has concrete plans for him because he's probably not seen him train or play given he's injured, but the very fact he hasnt been sent back must surely mean Gomes wants to assess him when / if he does get fit and will then factor him into his plans

That would be logical, but the Gomes has done some fairly illogical stuff too.

Yeah exactly, he gas never taken part in first team training since Gomes been here

Guessing the staff have told him to have a look at him when fit

And letting a proven striker spend 2 seasons on loan in the Netherlands. not sure he will be thrilled to come back here, seems to be enjoying it over there.

He wasnt proven until he went.

We cant just buy 15 strikers to make sure weve always got plenty to choose from if we get loads of injuries.
