John Smith This guy isn't going to bang 20 goals is he.

Isn't he? Thanks for the clarification. Can you PM me the winning lottery numbers for this weekend as well please?

I don't think you've ever posted anything worthwhile on this site. If you're even suggesting a League 2 striker is going to come in and be our top goalscorer then you're an facetious dreamer that needs to close down their account and go and get into gardening or something.

Sounds like Cov have confirmed 3 bids were made by us and turned down

Reading his Robins’ comments, it’s basically just a case of us matching their valuation, whatever that is

John Smith
Hound I think 1 lower divisions gamble + 1 higher profile striker is prob the way to go

I'd be happy with that, as long as we do get the high profile striker in. This guy isn't going to bang 20 goals is he. Where's the ambition?

He could do if he got service

Correct, and who can blame them? He scored 28 goals in all competitions last season and they want to keep the momentum going from last season by keeping hold of their best players. If I were them I'd do the same. He's still got a year left on his contract so they need to decide whether to cash in now, take less in January or lose him at the end of the season for nothing.

Or of course he could sign a new and improved deal with them if he's happy there. He's only 25 so doesn't have to rush into a move.

Have we just increased our bid by 100k each time.

We should offer them 500k+ VDB, Blackett, Aluko.

I think we should chuck in Edwards and Evans too.

Tbh I’d happily exchange our entire squads. I’m still livid with half the pcunts from last season.

I’d say a million is pretty fair. If we want him, should have no real problem Paying that

Expecting us to do that in the next couple of days tbh

Times must be hard at the club if the incremental increases are £100k..in this day and age, the norm is
c.£1m at a time

No it isn't. If you have a bid of 500k turned down you don't put in a bid of 1.5m..
