CountryRoyal Favourite Yann moments?

PO Semi penalty?
Sitting with a young wheelchair bound fan for Villa game?
Bristol City away brace to win 3-2?

A lot to choose from.

The pen against Fulham. It was a huge moment. He didn’t let us down.

Was he really a model professional? He looked pretty overweight all of last season to me.

Blimey, wish I looked as overweight as him.....

Of course a 37 year old recovering from a major operation is not going to be able to do the cardio he once did!

Yann deserves the praise.

But i'm glad that he's gone as it forces us to address our striker issue rather than trying to squeeze another season out of a 37 year old.

Does Clement see something in Meite? Even just as better backup. Expect this years team to have more legs in terms of front men being asked to drop back and defend.

Fortunately you haven't been our lone striking option for more than 2 seasons.

I think thats a little harsh. I wouldn't say overweight but not fully fit. But agree that would mainly be due to no pre-season and just trying to get a certain level of match fitness

Even not fully fit, he still contributed, his equaliser against Sunderland was massively important.
