So that’s all FOUR senior centre backs now out injured. Farcical.

Sims starting, Barrow not starting. Two right wingers playing. Farcical.

Would hardly say picking Sims ahead of Barrow is a farce exactly

Gruesome weather. About as far from Swift conditions as I could imagine

Not confident

No McNulty either today, or Aluko

Edwards straight back into the squad though.

January could be very interesting

Ah yeah McNulty. Knew we were missing someone I expected

Aluko has had it. Expect they’ll be trying to give him away in Jan

When was the last time we played two left-footed centre backs? Possibly Blackett and Joey?

Expect McIntyre will be on the right of the two as he's played there with Zak Jules. Big day for him.

Think I would have started Osho above McIntyre

Been playing in the national league with some success and prob more used to physical games. Looks a bit bigger and stronger than McIntyre as well

Still be good to see how he gets on

5 Academy lads in the squad

So BBCRB coverage doesn't seem to be working on the club website and they've now stopped letting me listen to it on the BBCRB website.

Edit: Oh ok it is working on Chrome for me, not Firefox.

Playing pretty well so far overall, worthy of one goal lead (should be 2 up, as Baldock just missed a sitter). Keeping possession well. Swift is doing ok, spreading it around and getting stuck in, too. We're playing with more spirit, and fight and intensity, but also with more freedom. Getting the ball forward a lot, and quickly.

Sounds hopeful

Let’s hope they keep it up

So a Clement signing sets up a Clement signing to score in Clement's shape in our easiest of the current six game run.

Baldock has apparently missed a sitter and Swift and McCleary should have done better with chances they had.

And as we know second half tend to be an issue for areafing, especially the first 15/20 minutes of them.

Let’s hope thoses don’t come back to haunt.

Yeah shame they didn't turn up under him wasn't it. Or was it he bought them and had no idea what to do with them or how to build their confidence? Would Baldock have buried that under Clement? Who knows?

You mean a Clement signing who rarely got a look in whilst he was around set up the goal.

Yep, should be 2 or 3 up really. Good half tho, we look lively and well up for this. Baldock's been active. We did start to pump high balls in, not a good idea against Rovrum who are a big side. At the back, McIntyre is holding his own, and Blackett's height in the middle has been useful vs this team. But yes, first 15/20 may be crucial...

Not under Scott Marshall

I know it’s probably mainly kids but listening to BBCRB you can’t help but think Reading fans deserve nothing, what a bunch of melts.
