Interesting tactics from Kidderminster not to sit all 10 outfield players on the edge of their box after taking the lead. Classic lower league naivety

Sutekh Kidderminster far too good for Reading reserves. All credit to them, hope they get a terrific tie in the next round.

VP has delivered possibly the most embarrassing FA Cup result in Reading’s history. The performance has been inexcusable - trouble is it’s not a one off as every game Reading struggle to pose any threat whatsoever.

Management has to change now.

This. He has absolutely no clue.

Had £50 on the win, cashed out in the 63rd minute for a £30 profit. Quite pleased with that.

My preference is management stability, but Pauno is SO WAY WAY out of his depth.

If he was man enough, he would resign. Sadly he won't and we will have to pay him off. Hard to think of a worst manager
in recent times for us. Can't wait for him to leave. So out of his depth it is frightening. Please go Pauno, we all hate you.

No surprise that players aren't interested in renewing contracts.

This must be the last we see of Pauno and his coaching team. Rafael needs to be gone too. It will be the last we see of Araruna too.

Kidderminster are a side our U23s should be beating.

Predictable Pauno ball from the start. Harriers had us worked out in the first 15 minutes and Puscas' (offside) goal was against the run of play. Our ball retention, chance creation, application and fitness are atrocious to the extent that we can make whatever is put in front of us look like world beaters.

Way beyond a joke now. He needs to go.

andrew1957 Excellent management by Pauno. Managed to get us out of the cup so we can concentrate on the league.
The positives…and we’re not Newcastle

Indeed. Think we need to extend Pauno’s contract quickly so he doesn’t get poached by a bigger club.

I remain of the view we see out his contract and get a clean sweep of players and staff in the summer.

This has nothing to do with thinking he's any good.

Oh, and I told you so when we sacked Bowen and appointed him. 8)

Don’t think he can come back from that

Not just the result but sounds like we thoroughly outplayed as well

Get rid sooner rather than later. Want him gone now

Well interestingly enough I compared him and his team to Terry the Taxi on here just last week.

Also, on the off chance we're ever leading a game in the last 15 minutes again, THAT is how you do game management.

I hope the players were paying attention while Pauno was trying to work out where he left the number for the removals company.
