then lost 6-0 to us.

charlton had les whateverhisnamewas as new manager before we played them at home, made no difference to them

its completely random and has equal chance of going one way or the other

lawrie is a good man manager but with the way its been done to fulham they will be shellshocked, and lawrie isnt going to have enough time to turn them round tactically, so they may huff and puff, but we will beat them easily, IMHO

an apology shall be printed if we lose!

4-1

kitson, doyle, Ivar, Shorey

23876 crowd

pizza south stand

me- a headache from shouting alot

Wasn't the next game after the change of manager was it.

I think a lot of it has to do with the man in charge - Les Reed was promoted from within so was already part of the problem at Charlton in many ways. When Pardew went there he was seconds away from a win against Fulham first game up but an improved display was definitely seen.

Sanchez is coming in, will be keen to make an impression and importantly is doing very well with limited resources at NI - he is also used to getting teams ready for games in a short space of time.

It is something to be very wary of - doesn't mean we won't win but it is dangerous to expect that the change won't have an effect.

Trouble is, Fulham were getting used to losing and it became self-perpetuating. With Sanchez coming in they might think they have turned a corner and believe again.

Still, 2-0 to Reading.

Can't see this being anything other than a home win.

We've been playing some decent stuff recently, though sadly lacking in the final third. Hopefully Doyle and Kitson will tear them up.

A good welcome to future Reading manager Lawrie Sanchez followed by a 2-0 win.

Come on you Royals.

I think this will be a high score for Reading, Fulham's defence is a shambles at the moment. 3-1 to us with someone scoring a screamer from 20+ yards out (we haven't scored one since Seol at West Ham)

dantheloyalroyal Before the sacking of Coleman, I was looking at a 2-1 or 2-0 victory. But since the sacking, I can only see a 1-1 draw. I would love to see a vitory finally, but I can't see it against a club battling against relegation, with a change of manager. Starting luck I guess you could call it.

Remember that Les Reid had taken over Charlton the week prior to our home fixture and they hardloy raised their game.

I don't think that a new manager has done fulham any favours, especally seeing as Sanchez is only in a caretaker role until the end of the season.

... Reading to pull their fingers out...2-0!

It will be a very tight game, low on entertainment. Fulham will come for the goalless draw, and we'll be lucky to make the breakthrough for 1-0.

It was hardly a screamer, more a cock up from Robinson.
