I expect us to finish 10th this season, as I don't think the squad is as strong as last year's (or should I say Sep-Nov 2008?). Anything higher than that will be a bonus.

That seems far too upbeat to have been written by a Forest fan.

Leroy Lita may be a dark horse for the Championships top goal scorer.

I'm surprised that they didn't put Stephen Hunt as our key man.

This season is the time for Marek to produce. No more time for excuses about adapting to play in England, injuries and not being on the same wave-length as his colleagues.
Marek your time has come at Reading FC

Agree. he was a little unlucky in picking up an injury in the opening game and then when he was ready to return we were in a great run of results. I've no doubt the has ability but it seemed to me his better performances last season came as a substitute. There were game where the system was set up to accomodate him and he never really delivered the creative spark to warrant it.

Still, thats in the past and as you say its time to step up. No excuses.

Agreed. Even as a fan of his, I say if he can't do it in this Rodgers formation and style, he'll never do it.

Mind you, he's picked up another injury already hasn't he?

Yes and thats not ideal as he really needs to be that creative midfielder so many of us hope he can be. If he's in and out of the side because of these recurring niggling injuries I can see him flattering to deceive again. I hope thats not the case as we do need his creatiity.
