Rodgers should be a personal motivational coach. Him and Federici should tour inner city schools and help the kids through difficult social issues by using their work with Reading as a metaphor for life skills.

How can one not be inspired when you see him for example on page 5 of last night's matchday programme?

I see a lucrative job ahead in afterdinner speaking, management conferences and school talks.

Also maybe Rodgers should go on Question Time next time Nick Griffin is on and hammer out controversial issues while Dimbleby has to interupt Federci because he doesn't answer the bloody questions!
