The guy was a total and utter twerp... everyone would of asked the same. I would of asked other questions like "when you go home, do you sulk, does it ruin your weekend... or do you frankly not care as you've got your paycheck"

Actually after hearing the "you won't be involved in the team" remark, I suspect it was just a failed attempt at humour. The situation was already awkward the way Dellor paused when he asked the question "I'm flabbergasted, some fans might think ... etc."

Anyway, you either have it or you don't. History now.

That sounds like a Dellor interviewing a guy down the pub. Totally and utterly out of his depth.
